Pastor "Chick" McGill, Creation 7th Day Adventist Church, has answered a complaint filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee Eastern Division, by the General Conference Corporation of Seventh-day Adventists and the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.

 The lawsuit will test the principles of religious liberty in the United States, requiring a serious consideration of the First Amendment of the U. S. Constitution and how it relates to intellectual properity rights.  The particulars may be found at http://csdadventistchurch.us/SDAlawsuit.html.
